How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

After you send a request, you speak with an independent provider from our network. That person runs or works for a local pest control or wildlife business.

Clientcivil Pest Control does not have staff who visit homes. We make the match. The provider does the talking, the inspecting and the work.

What Happens Next

The first conversation is usually short. Expect these steps:

1. The provider asks what you saw, where you saw it, and when. 2. They may ask for a photo. Take it from a safe distance. 3. They explain how an inspection works. 4. You agree on a visit, if you want one. 5. After the inspection, you get a written quote.

Provider availability varies. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a time. Request a callback to check provider availability.

What to Ask a Provider

Good questions make a big difference. Try these:

  • Are you licensed and insured in this state? Can I see proof?
  • What exactly will you treat or remove?
  • Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
  • Are the products safe around kids and pets?
  • How will you keep animals from coming back?
  • Do you offer follow-up visits if the problem returns?

For wildlife, ask if the provider uses humane methods and how they handle babies in a nest. For bed bugs, ask how you should prepare rooms and laundry.

Do and Do Not Before the Visit

Do:

  • Keep kids and pets away from the problem area
  • Write down what you have noticed
  • Clear a path to attics, sinks or crawl spaces

Do not:

  • Spray strong chemicals in a panic
  • Poke at a nest or corner an animal
  • Move bed bug items to other rooms

You Are in Control

You decide who to hire. You can compare quotes, ask for more detail or walk away. There is no obligation. Costs vary by job and by home, so a written quote is the smartest way to know what to expect.
